About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage construction and engineering projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractor coordination
- Oversee material procurement and timely delivery
- Resolve system issues, design changes, and contract completion matters
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve design formats and operational efficiency
- Provide onsite construction management and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Develop and execute strategic plans for multi-year construction and facilities initiatives
- Mentor and develop team members
- Manage structured cabling execution for Special Projects and New Store programs
- Oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, and infrastructure delivery
- Drive performance metrics, continuous improvement, and safe, on-time, within-budget project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field and 2 years' experience in general contractor, commercial construction or related field OR 6 years' experience in operations, Real Estate, Construction, or related field
- 2 years' of supervisory experience
- Extensive experience in construction and project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in quality control, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Strategic planning and financial management capability
- Experience driving large-scale cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency coordinating material procurement and project timelines
- Ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas location
