About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee accounting and reporting processes related to Corporate functions and controls
- Own and deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis across the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Contribute to external reporting, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks
- Drive adherence to US GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Build and develop multi-functional business relationships
- Foster a culture grounded in integrity, collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Strong background in accounting and financial reporting
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and audit frameworks
- Proven ability to lead through complexity, manage cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience driving process transformation and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred: Relational Database Management System (RDMS)
- Preferred: Working on cross-functional teams or projects
- Preferred: Masters in Business Administration
- Preferred: Certified Public Accountant certification
