Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in Merger & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Business Development, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in Merger & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Business Development, Engineering, or related area
  • Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions strategy, including target evaluation and due diligence planning
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data, forecast impacts, and develop business-centric solutions
  • Proven project management skills for multiple corporate development initiatives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive strategic alignment
  • Expertise in identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements
  • Master’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
