Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, integrated campaign experience, and visual storytelling across multiple channels
  • Passion for home, interiors, and lifestyle
  • Experience art directing photography and video productions from concept through post-production
  • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other collaboration tools
  • Curiosity and comfort exploring AI-powered creative tools
  • Willingness to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
