About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies across multiple domains
- Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies for stakeholders and decision-making
- Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring
- Define and execute data strategies supporting business objectives and regulatory compliance
- Mentor team members on analytics methodologies, data governance, and storytelling
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics efforts with organizational goals
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, data governance, and business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field; or
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field; or
- 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
- 1 year's supervisory experience
- Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data techniques and automation methods
- Strong knowledge of data governance, quality management, and enterprise data architecture principles
- Proficiency in Python libraries, Tableau, and Power BI
- Expertise in exploratory data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving continuous process improvements
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present data insights effectively
