About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence
- Identify and evaluate data sources against business requirements and quality standards
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies for stakeholders
- Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives
- Mentor team members on analytics methodologies, data storytelling, and best practices
- Oversee project execution and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities
- Promote data-driven decision-making through strategic insight and compelling data storytelling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field; OR
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field; OR
- 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
- 1 year's supervisory experience
- Extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence tools
- Expertise in data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies and distributed data storage systems
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytical and visualization techniques
- Leadership experience mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous improvement
- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries
- Understanding of business metrics, data governance, and data privacy and security regulatory compliance
