Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of scalable Data Science and AI solutions for a global Marketplace Payments platform
Define technical vision, roadmap, and modeling frameworks for Payments and Financial Services
Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business leaders on data-driven solutions and product strategy
Build a scalable global marketplaces data platform, data assets, shared feature sets, and model monitoring capabilities
Champion emerging AI capabilities for decision-making, automation, and customer experience
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists
Provide technical thought leadership and drive continuous innovation across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics-related field; OR Master's degree in one of those fields and 3 years' experience; OR 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Proven expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, advanced statistical modeling, and AI
Technical leadership defining data science strategy and establishing model lifecycle best practices
Strong people leadership experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing data science/analytics teams
Expertise in Python, SQL, enterprise data architecture, and scalable AI/ML solutions
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners and translate complex business challenges into data-driven strategies
Experience building globally scalable analytics capabilities and championing emerging AI technologies
Ability to define the vision and shape development of a scalable Payments Intelligence Layer
