Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead business case development for roadmap investments
  • Quantify opportunities, size tradeoffs, and establish success criteria
  • Own the analytical and strategic layer for driver search, arrival staggering, and trip matching
  • Serve as the business voice alongside technical partners
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize signals, and scale analytical output
  • Translate model outputs, experiment results, and platform telemetry into recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams involving engineers, scientists, and operators
  • Align teams around shared plans and hold work accountable to outcomes
  • Develop and deploy scalable analytical models and data visualizations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 9+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product development, or business operations in a technology-driven organization
  • Business or tech product development experience preferred
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and ability to build workflows around them
  • Strong quantitative skills and statistical understanding
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience building analytical models
  • Ability to derive original insights from data
  • Clear, structured communication skills for creating executive-ready narratives
  • Track record of making and defending business recommendations under ambiguity
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams or workstreams and drive outcomes through influence
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics-related field
  • Option 2: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics-related field
  • Option 3: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field
