About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
  • Experience managing complex control structures and mitigating financial risks
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting financial results to senior management
  • Expertise in developing and executing business plans, setting performance standards, and driving continuous improvement
  • Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Commitment to integrity, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Preferred: Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration
