About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the quarterly earnings process for International end-to-end in partnership with Investor Relations
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and deep dives supporting planning and forecasting insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and portfolio markets to develop and improve financial processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
  • Strong communication skills to present earnings, financial results, forecasts, and business cases to senior and executive management
  • Demonstrated leadership and partnership skills
  • Expertise in driving business plans, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs
  • Commitment to integrity, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Preferred: Analyzing data and interpreting results
  • Preferred: Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
  • Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration
