About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and analyze complex financial models for business planning and expense target recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance and ensure proper controls
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management through presentations and reports
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and adjusting performance metrics
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance reporting transparency and cost effectiveness
- Support financial planning, analysis, risk mitigation, strategic decision-making, sourcing strategies, supply resilience, and cost efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
- 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
- Experience managing risk mitigation and control structures
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams
- Leadership experience mentoring, developing, and managing finance teams
- Proficiency in preparing presentations and reports on financial performance and forecasts
- Ability to drive business plans, measure progress, and adapt strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Preferred: Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
- Master’s in Business Administration is preferred
