Develop financial analyses, P&Ls, and business cases for evaluating outcomes, assumptions, sensitivities, and incremental impact
Mine and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
Translate findings into actionable recommendations
Clarify decisions, desired outcomes, timing, and materiality, calibrating analytical depth appropriately
Bring enterprise, member, and P&L context to decisions
Articulate financial feasibility and implications across growth, profitability, and member value
Challenge assumptions and resolve data gaps
Identify dependencies and surface cross-functional and second-order impacts
Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis and strengthen insights
Communicate recommendations clearly to eCommerce leaders and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
1 year’s supervisory experience
Strong experience in FP&A, P&L management, financial modeling, and business case development
Intellectual curiosity and ability to structure ambiguous problems
Ability to work with complex or incomplete data and connect analysis to broader business and P&L
Understanding of ROI, capital allocation, incrementality, and economic drivers of sustainable growth
Sound judgment balancing analytical rigor with decision speed
Strong communication and influencing skills
Comfort using AI and driving automation
Demonstrated ownership, responsiveness, preparation, proactive problem-solving, and follow-through
