About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Marketplace growth across Seller Fulfillment, Cross-Border Trade, and Local Marketplace
  • Own key financial workstreams and partner closely with the business
  • Lead financial analysis, data-driven insights, business case development, and decision support
  • Evaluate performance, build financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Lead business unit FP&A activities across close, forecast, AOP, and LRP
  • Ensure key assumptions and business drivers are reflected in planning activities
  • Own financial models, business cases, scenarios, and management P&Ls for strategic decisions and new opportunities
  • Translate financial and operational performance into recommendations, trade-offs, and decision options
  • Lead assigned workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional execution
  • Surface risks and opportunities, improve reporting and analytics, and leverage automation and AI
  • Raise accountability and analytical standards
  • Develop talent, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex analysis into concise, decision-oriented insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Financial planning, analytics, modeling, and variance analysis expertise
  • Ability to connect financial outcomes to strategic business drivers
  • Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and develop scenarios and business cases
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional workstreams and driving outcomes
  • Strong analytical rigor and learning agility
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and quickly build expertise in new businesses
  • Leadership capability in developing talent and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred
  • Master of Business Administration is preferred
