About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end US Growth AOP and LRP processes, including timelines, communications, consolidation, validation, and financial system integration
  • Partner across business-facing finance teams, Segment FP&A, and other stakeholders to align assumptions, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables
  • Support strategic financial analysis, scenario planning, and selected strategic initiatives
  • Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Lead, mentor, and develop associates by setting expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Present financial results and forecasts to senior management and support decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate forecasting, planning, and reporting for the Enterprise Growth organization
  • Provide portfolio insights and scenario analysis to support resource alignment, risk identification, and enterprise decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, including AOP, LRP, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Exceptional adaptability and learning agility
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong financial systems knowledge
  • Attention to detail and control mindset
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills for senior leadership
  • Leadership experience developing resilient, collaborative, and high-performing teams
  • Preferred: analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration
