About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead operational excellence initiatives by evaluating industry practices and recommending process improvements
- Manage vendor relationships, quality standards, performance monitoring, and discrepancy resolution
- Drive business process improvements by analyzing workflows, reducing waste, and supporting change management
- Oversee crisis management protocols, maintain critical contact lists, and participate in scenario planning

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 6 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR 8 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field
- Proven expertise in operational excellence and cross-functional process improvement
- Strong vendor management skills, including supplier performance monitoring and contract negotiation
- Experience leading business process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
- Ability to manage crisis situations and implement effective resolution strategies
- Technical acumen in electrical design, troubleshooting, and integration of material handling equipment
- Proficiency in software product management and testing within complex operational environments
- Advanced data analytics capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership in project delivery, budgeting, and quality assurance
