Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to optimize material handling equipment service processes and ensure compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 4 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR 8 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field
  • Extensive experience in operational excellence, process improvements, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Expertise in vendor and supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
  • Strong project management skills leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results on time and within budget
  • Technical acumen in material handling equipment, troubleshooting, reliability management, and equipment performance optimization
  • Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving
  • Supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a drug-free workplace and comply with the company's no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
