About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the dedicated field-facing operational leader supporting stores throughout the Forward Deploy journey
  • Connect stores, Field leadership, and the Forward Deploy program team
  • Ensure locations are prepared for implementation, supported through go-live, and transitioned into sustainable operations
  • Lead store-level implementation activities for assigned Forward Deploy locations
  • Partner with Store Managers, Market leadership, Field Operations, Realty, and Home Office teams
  • Coordinate store readiness activities and communicate expectations, changes, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Identify operational barriers and remove obstacles
  • Direct and manage project work streams
  • Analyze data to provide insights and influence business decisions
  • Develop and improve operational tools, processes, and methodologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute business plans and meet performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members
  • Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and implement contingency plans
  • Promote compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Proven expertise in operations and project management
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple work streams
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience driving business efficiency through process improvements, cost control, and innovative solutions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, build partnerships, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement performance standards, contingency plans, and operational tools
  • Preferred qualifications include leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects, a master’s degree in Operations Management, and Project Management Professional certification
