About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of complex projects and programs related to the Emerging Business Unit
- Manage timelines, resources, communication, budgets, and risks
- Direct and manage project work streams for timely execution and successful implementation
- Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations aligned with business and operational goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and strategies
- Oversee budget management, approve expenditures, and develop contingency plans
- Lead and mentor associates, establish performance expectations, and foster a high-performing team
- Drive continuous improvement, reduce costs, and optimize business operations
- Build stakeholder partnerships to support business plans and achieve key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and foster operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in operations and project management
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple work streams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated success driving business efficiency through process improvements and innovative solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and building stakeholder relationships
- Ability to manage budgets and approve expenditures
- Skills in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
- Commitment to company policies, ethics, and integrity
