About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate talent, workforce, and organizational priorities into integrated operating plans and business outcomes
- Lead recurring talent processes, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, performance calibration, and pay planning
- Develop workforce insights identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership decisions and talent strategies
- Connect People Partners and Centers of Excellence to support implementation and future program design
- Establish operating rhythms, tools, and resources for visibility, accountability, and consistent execution
- Simplify and improve People work through AI, automation, technology, data, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Global Tech and Product People Partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Support organizational change, data-informed decisions, human resource management, and operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading complex People, talent, HR, or business initiatives requiring strong program management and disciplined execution
- Strong business, talent, and analytical acumen
- Ability to translate workforce data and organizational activity into meaningful insights, executive-ready materials, and actionable recommendations
- Ability to navigate organizational boundaries and influence stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate needs and bring structure to ambiguity
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience simplifying processes and developing scalable solutions that improve organizational effectiveness
- Curiosity and fluency with technology, AI, automation, and data
- PHR or SPHR Human Resources Professional certification (preferred)
- Project Management Certification (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
