Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product roadmaps for complex platform solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven expertise in platform product management, with a strong focus on product strategy, roadmap development, and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven decision-making and analytics to shape product vision and prioritize features
  • Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and aligning cross-functional teams to secure resources and drive outcomes
  • Proficiency in design thinking and customer-centric methodologies
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and modern product development methodologies
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Experience managing complex product strategies and go-to-market initiatives
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area
  • Preferred: 8 years’ experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products, or in roles requiring data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills
  • Preferred: Deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
