About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain the master Fashion Private Brands calendar across design, development, sourcing, production, and marketing
  • Manage and coordinate updates across cross-functional teams to align deliverables and deadlines
  • Report on calendar performance, track progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and recommend adjustments
  • Ensure calendar accuracy and visibility across all fashion categories
  • Create and distribute regular status reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on seasonal planning, line reviews, and Go-to-Market readiness
  • Ensure the calendar reflects business-critical activities, including design deadlines, sample reviews, and launch timelines
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance brand performance through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration
  • Influence stakeholders, drive product development strategies, and align activities with business objectives
  • Guide teams to deliver member-focused solutions, improve processes, and support sustained brand growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in brand development and management, developing creative briefs, marketing, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in brand development and management, developing creative briefs, marketing, or related area
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines with competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with private brand or owned label programs preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion development cycles and critical path management preferred
  • Experience reporting and presenting to executive-level stakeholders preferred
  • Leading a cross-functional team preferred
  • Master’s in Business Administration preferred
