About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product development and innovation for Baking, Spices, and Condiments within the Member's Mark portfolio
  • Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop, reformulate, and commercialize products meeting quality, cost, and member expectations
  • Identify category trends, consumer insights, and whitespace opportunities to drive growth and differentiation
  • Manage product specifications, quality improvements, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle
  • Mentor and develop team members while influencing strategic business decisions and category direction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
  • Experience developing shelf-stable food products, preferably within baking ingredients, spices, seasonings, condiments, or related categories
  • Strong knowledge of food formulation, manufacturing processes, ingredient functionality, and commercialization
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage external supplier relationships
  • Experience using consumer insights, market trends, and data to drive product innovation and business results
  • Demonstrated leadership experience developing talent and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
