About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead internal platforms forming the backbone of Walmart Connect’s advertising business
  • Direct and mentor a large team of Product Managers
  • Build and scale infrastructure supporting Managed Service and Self-Service advertising businesses
  • Define the roadmap for internal tools, including CRM and Order Management Systems
  • Lead account creation, advertiser onboarding, lifecycle management, permissions, and access architecture
  • Own end-to-end revenue capture, invoicing, and financial data flow strategy
  • Bridge manual workflows and automated self-service paths
  • Identify system bottlenecks and implement scalable software solutions
  • Collaborate with Corporate Engineering and Finance stakeholders to align data and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management; or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • 8+ years in Product Management, specifically within B2B systems, FinTech, or AdTech
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of Product Managers
  • Proven experience managing and developing a significant team of Product Managers in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of how B2B platforms, financial systems, and ad technology intersect
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries with Corporate Engineering and Finance stakeholders
  • Track record of turning manual business processes into streamlined, automated platform features
  • Comfort navigating billing, invoicing, and revenue cycle logic within a large-scale enterprise
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
