About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles
- Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive continuous process improvements through gap analyses, best practices, and strategic alignment
- Analyze program performance using key metrics and recommend adjustments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service and product capabilities
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards
- Mentor and develop team members and foster a high-performing environment
- Support Walmart’s 340B program through operations, business development, account management, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance
- Collaborate with stores, Covered Entity partners, Third Party Administrators, Accounting, Finance, and Payor teams
- Analyze industry trends and support new and existing customers
- Travel to engage partners, address needs, and enhance program performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
- 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
- Commitment to upholding ethics, integrity, and company policies
- Proven expertise in program management
- Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and implementing best practices
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
- Preferred qualifications include managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process; Master's degree; Project Management Certification
