Lead execution of high-impact People and business initiatives
Identify priorities, align stakeholders, remove barriers, and drive measurable business outcomes
Translate strategic priorities into scalable people solutions across organizational design, talent, change management, and workforce planning
Develop and manage governance routines, execution plans, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions
Improve decision-making, increase visibility, and accelerate execution
Identify process gaps, simplify ways of working, and implement scalable solutions
Evaluate program health using data and insights
Proactively manage risks and dependencies
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
Collaborate with People Leaders, People Partners, and business leaders
Deliver scalable solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and accelerate business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
Must be based at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office location
