Define and execute strategies driving growth, scalability, and competitive advantage across Walmart’s fulfillment and logistics services portfolio
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketplace, and International teams
Identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and develop business cases for executive decision-making and long-term planning
Establish performance metrics, operating mechanisms, and business reviews
Influence organizational alignment, change management, and operating model evolution
Develop talent and foster continuous improvement
Partner across Marketplace, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, Operations, and International business teams
Enhance seller capabilities, improve customer outcomes, and support sustainable growth across Walmart’s fulfillment and logistics ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in those areas
Ability to develop and execute strategy in a complex, fast-paced, highly matrixed business environment
Proven ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-level communication
Strong business acumen in strategic planning, business case development, prioritization, and performance management
Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and translating ambiguity into actionable business outcomes
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred: managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Preferred: Project Management Certification
