Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects aligned with business goals and priorities
Develop, communicate, and adjust business plans to meet customer and operational needs
Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources
Monitor performance and mitigate project risks
Supervise, coach, and develop team members
Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and implementing standardized practices
Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership on decision-making and change management
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Foster accountability, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support Walmart’s pickup and delivery network projects within the Industrial Design & Construction Last Mile team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area
2 years’ supervisory experience
3 years’ project management experience
Proven expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation across complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities to influence and align groups
Demonstrated capability in monitoring project performance, managing schedules, budgets, and documentation
Proficiency in process improvement and decision-making to enhance operational efficiency
Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and development
Experience driving data-informed decisions and managing multiple priorities effectively
