About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and lead governance frameworks for critical operational initiatives
  • Own VIZIO's Rhythm of the Business, including governance processes, operating cadences, and decision-making frameworks
  • Manage intake, prioritization, approval, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic initiatives
  • Schedule and facilitate steering committees, portfolio reviews, governance forums, and operating cadences
  • Prepare agendas and materials, document decisions and actions, and ensure follow-through
  • Establish consistent KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, definitions, and reporting mechanisms with functional leaders
  • Deliver actionable business insights to executives through targeted dashboards
  • Oversee project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource needs, and timelines
  • Lead cross-functional business initiatives and special projects using project management best practices
  • Monitor strategic plans, identify risks and execution gaps, and escalate issues for leadership intervention
  • Optimize leadership operating rhythms by simplifying governance structures and eliminating duplicative meetings, reporting, and reviews
  • Produce leadership presentations, business reviews, meeting summaries, and executive updates
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Strategy, and other functions
  • Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Report to the Director of Operations & Business Administration as an individual contributor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area
  • 2 years' supervisory experience
  • 3 years' project management experience
  • Experience in business operations, program/project management, PMO, operational governance, strategy & operations, or related disciplines
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and executives through governance, strategic planning, business reviews, and operating cadences
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience developing governance processes, executive reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management tools
  • Experience managing competing priorities, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies across multiple business functions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive presentations and business reviews
  • Demonstrated business acumen, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and dashboarding/reporting tools
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams in technology, consumer electronics, retail, eCommerce, media, or related industries
  • Experience operating in large, highly matrixed organizations
  • Must work in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States based on the specified job location and primary location
