About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and evaluate the real estate portfolio, including property development, disposition, and lease enforcement
- Lead negotiations for property use, construction costs, and contractor agreements
- Conduct market and site selection analyses
- Prepare investment assessments and conceptual site plans
- Collaborate with government agencies to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance
- Supervise and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and operational standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize asset performance
- Guide construction cost management and support real estate development and construction management initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area
- Expertise in real estate portfolio management, including site selection, market analysis, and deal negotiations
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to manage construction costs, review change orders, and negotiate labor rates
- Ability to collaborate with government agencies to minimize financial and reputational risks
- Project management skills and ability to drive multiple business plans and remove operational barriers
- Business negotiation capabilities and strategic planning experience
