About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead execution of multiple realty projects
Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships and cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials
Lead project meetings, analyze initiatives, implement plans, and take corrective actions
Direct associates and contractors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews
Collaborate on design changes and resolve construction issues
Monitor project budgets and assess impacts
Align project plans with corporate strategies
Support continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or relevant area; OR 4 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
Extensive experience managing multiple realty execution projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and deliverables
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Strong skills in project risk management, schedule adjustment, and communicating impacts to stakeholders
Expertise in vendor relationship management, sourcing, delivery, and installation
Demonstrated leadership directing associates and third-party supervisors on project processes and customer service standards
Effective communication and collaboration skills to facilitate meetings and resolve construction and operational issues
Adaptability to evolving project requirements and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
