About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area and 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area; or 7 years’ experience in those areas
  • Extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain, and inventory planning
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management
  • Strong expertise in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution across complex networks
  • Proficiency in enterprise systems and data analytics
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement
