Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven expertise in program/project management, including planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-through
Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders
Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including executive-ready materials
Strong influencing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
Strong data-driven decision-making and scenario-planning capabilities
Proficiency with collaboration, documentation, and program management tools
Experience driving associate engagement, team-building, and development initiatives
