About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and support scaling launch readiness for Client Services & Operations for Walmart Connect
- Build and scale data-powered processes
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering industry experts
- Support business-solution implementation by building relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify needs, execute processes, and monitor progress
- Capitalize on improvement opportunities and adapt to organizational changes

- Manage multiple launches with stakeholders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, organizing, and executing complex initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management strategies
- Ability to lead impact analysis and stakeholder communication
- Experience with risk management tools and techniques
- Ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Ability to foster collaboration across teams
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma
- Ability to analyze business metrics and financial data to inform decision-making and maximize ROI
- Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
