Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 10 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as engineering manager with agile principles and practices
  • Experience in leading Scrum teams
  • Hands-on experience in building scalable cloud native software platforms/applications
  • Very strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle
  • Strong Java/J2EE, Full Stack, React Native, NodeJS, iOS, Android or other front-end experience
  • Strong understanding of architecture, database, and communications
  • SQL/Cosmos/Cassandra/Azure database proficiency
  • Deep expertise in architecture and design patterns, cloud-native microservices, and resilient, reliable, high-quality software
  • Strong technical mindset with hands-on product development experience
  • Exposure to program management practices, including dependency management and cross-team development tracking
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams
  • Demonstrated success working with distributed, global teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and geographies
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area, or 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area plus 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in the Bangalore office for daily work
