About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead engineering teams responsible for enterprise CRM application development, modernization, and support
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, reliability, and operations
  • Partner with Product, Business, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable CRM capabilities and integrations
  • Drive CRM modernization and migration from legacy platforms
  • Build reusable and extensible solutions
  • Ensure engineering excellence across quality, security, performance, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability
  • Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, and operational issues
  • Ensure platform stability and scalability
  • Hire, coach, and manage the performance of engineering team members
  • Drive technical strategy and roadmap execution
  • Communicate priorities, progress, and risks to leadership
  • Advance GenAI technology within complex enterprise systems to improve customer care experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Strong technical judgment and experience with enterprise-scale architectures, distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Experience focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance
  • Strong people leadership with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication with Product, Business, and Engineering leaders
  • Stakeholder management and coordination of cross-functional teams delivering complex technical projects on time
  • Proficiency in project management, milestone tracking, and capacity planning
  • Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled CRM or Customer Care solutions is a plus
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
