Key responsibilities & impact

Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems
Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks for scalable, secure development
Drive the full software development lifecycle across teams
Champion DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization
Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams on AI-integrated software features and intelligent automation
Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions
Manage stakeholder relationships and track milestones
Align engineering efforts with business goals and roadmaps
Foster continuous improvement, process enhancements, and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area (Option 1)
7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area (Option 2)
2 years’ supervisory experience
Extensive experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams
Proven expertise in DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native solutions
Strong skills in stakeholder and project management
Demonstrated ability to drive AI/ML integration and deliver maintainable software systems
Proficiency in cloud financial management and automation
Exceptional problem-solving and technical judgment
Master's degree and 3 years' experience are preferred, not required
Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
