Key responsibilities & impact

Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems
Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks for scalable, secure, reusable development
Drive the full software development lifecycle across multiple teams
Promote DevOps practices and continuous improvement
Manage cloud cost optimization
Enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction
Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions
Uphold technical quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and track milestones
Ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
2 years’ supervisory experience
Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, including software and AI/ML system development aligned with strategic roadmaps
Expertise in full software development lifecycle management
DevOps architecture, CI/CD, and cloud cost optimization expertise
Strong technical judgment for scalable, maintainable, and performant architectures
Stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery experience
Project management, milestone tracking, and capacity planning proficiency
Commitment to mentoring engineers and fostering continuous improvement
Master's degree and accessibility knowledge are preferred, not required
