About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and execution of compliance strategies within the assigned area

  • Design and implement compliance programs, policies, and controls using AI, machine learning, and keyword algorithms
  • Monitor policy effectiveness and provide actionable insights to business and technology partners
  • Address compliance and ethics inquiries, monitor regulations, and update policies with leadership input
  • Analyze data, prepare compliance reports, and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Manage legislation assessment strategies, including research, impact analysis, and adaptation plans
  • Lead regulatory forecasting, gap analysis, and trend identification
  • Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove obstacles, drive business plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Proven expertise in governance and compliance strategy
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience in compliance risk management, identifying gaps, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Ability to mentor, develop, and manage teams
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex regulatory information
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing regulations, and drive continuous improvement
