About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of strategic account plans by identifying customer needs and aligning business priorities to drive performance
- Develop and communicate business plans, remove obstacles, and allocate resources to meet performance standards
- Supervise and mentor associates, foster a collaborative team environment, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support business objectives and enhance account growth
- Analyze market trends and data to inform forecasting, sales strategies, and contingency planning
- Drive negotiation strategies and lead complex discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards across teams
- Support Lawn & Garden Marketplace Category stakeholder relationships, strategic planning, accountability, and operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in strategic account planning, forecasting, and executing business plans aligned with organizational goals
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop and implement complex negotiation strategies
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and relationship management across cross-functional business functions
- Proficiency in analyzing business metrics and leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive ROI
- Effective leadership capabilities in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Adaptability to evolving market conditions and commitment to continuous improvement
- Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
