Key responsibilities & impact

Lead U.S. Export execution and optimization from suppliers through origin operations, consolidation, export, and delivery to international markets
Drive cross-border transportation solutions across the Americas
Optimize origin operations and consolidation, including supplier pickup, consolidation strategy, container utilization, routing, lead time, and transportation efficiency
Manage end-to-end execution and exceptions by identifying risks, resolving operational issues, and establishing escalation and recovery processes
Analyze service, cost, capacity, lead time, and network utilization to improve performance
Partner with technology teams to enable automation and visibility and translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers
Manage supplier compliance and resolve escalated operational issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain execution with sales and profitability goals
Drive continuous process improvements
Supervise teams, manage external partnerships, and support service provider selection

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
Extensive experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes within complex distribution networks
Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements to enhance network efficiencies and reduce costs
Experience supervising teams, mentoring associates, and conducting performance evaluations
Expertise collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain disruptions and ensure compliance
Excellent communication skills
Capability developing and executing business plans aligned with operational and strategic goals
Proficiency applying lean concepts and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred: Dispatch, Fleet Management, Network Analysis, Retail Logistics Operations
Preferred: Master’s in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
Preferred: Six Sigma certification
