About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes through distribution networks and fulfillment centers
- Analyze stakeholder data to resolve supply chain exceptions and improve network efficiency
- Oversee external partner relationships, compliance, and performance expectations
- Lead supply chain flow process improvements and reduce process waste
- Align supply chain execution with sales, inventory, and profitability goals
- Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Drive business plans by removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adjusting strategies
- Support Walmart’s Prepaid Consolidation program and improve inbound logistics, costs, and in-stock performance
- Collaborate with Merchandising, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver operational results aligned with Walmart’s strategic objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area, OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
- 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience optimizing merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers
- Ability to analyze complex data and improve network efficiencies and supplier compliance
- Experience supervising teams, conducting performance reviews, and mentoring associates
- Expertise collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated success developing and executing business plans aligned with sales, inventory, and profitability goals
- Proficiency in lean concepts and cost reduction strategies
