Manage end-to-end supply chain processes for merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers
Analyze data and lead root cause investigations into shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues
Oversee external partner relationships and compliance with company standards
Drive process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels
Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain execution with sales, inventory, and profitability goals
Support business plans by removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adapting strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve operational challenges
Supervise associates and support performance development
Foster company policies, integrity, communication, and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
Proven leadership experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations and driving process improvements
Expertise in supply chain planning, optimization, and execution
Ability to analyze complex data and perform root cause analysis
Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Experience developing and implementing business plans, setting performance standards, and managing multiple projects
Capability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Preferred: Dispatch, Fleet Management, Network Analysis, Retail Logistics Operations
Preferred: Masters in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
Preferred: Six Sigma certification
