About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead execution of complex, high-priority programs across Walmart’s Ambient Supply Chain portfolio
  • Drive automation, network expansion, and strategic capital initiatives from business-case approval through design, construction, operational readiness, and go-live
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes through distribution networks and fulfillment centers
  • Analyze stakeholder data to identify and implement process improvements and network efficiencies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies
  • Lead concurrent automation, network, and capital programs
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery of approved business outcomes
  • Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Finance, Product/Tech, and other partners
  • Identify and resolve execution barriers and provide visibility into risks, decisions, and dependencies
  • Support strategic initiatives across the Ambient Supply Chain network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
  • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes and driving operational improvements
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and resolving supply chain disruptions
  • Ability to lead programs and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
  • Strong program management experience delivering complex, multi-year initiatives
  • Experience in supply chain, automation, engineering, construction, or network transformation
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability for execution and results
