About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding processes through global logistics networks and fulfillment centers
- Analyze data and lead root cause investigations for shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues
- Oversee internal partner relationships and lead performance improvement programs using performance scorecards
- Align global logistics execution with GMV growth, assortment expansion, and profitability goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean concepts and cost reduction strategies
- Lead and develop associates through coaching, performance management, and team-building
- Develop and execute business plans, remove obstacles, and adjust strategies to meet operational objectives
- Supervise teams, conduct performance evaluations, and support strategic supply chain initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
- 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end freight forwarding processes
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong skills in supply chain strategy, planning, and workflow management
- Expertise in root cause analysis and resolving escalated logistics issues
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, mentoring associates, and conducting performance evaluations
- Proficiency in program and project management, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
