Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for Air Freight and Ocean LCL products
  • Translate commercial objectives into pricing policies and rate structures
  • Lead pricing and revenue operations
  • Ensure rates and pricing decisions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer objectives
  • Drive profitable growth by balancing customer value, market competitiveness, and business economics
  • Use market and customer insights to understand competitive pricing, demand patterns, and product-positioning opportunities
  • Build scalable pricing capabilities with Product and Technology teams
  • Improve pricing tools, automation, and processes
  • Translate business needs into solutions
  • Structure ambiguous problems and identify opportunities to simplify and improve pricing execution
  • Partner with Marketplace, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
  • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Strong experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, logistics, transportation, finance, or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of Air Freight and/or Ocean LCL products, pricing structures, transportation economics, and market dynamics
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment
  • Ability to create structure, processes, and solutions in an evolving business environment
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred: Dispatch, Fleet Management, Network Analysis, Retail Logistics Operations
  • Preferred: Masters in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
  • Preferred: Six Sigma certification
