Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in human resources, operations, finance, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in human resources, operations, finance, or related area
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Proven expertise in compensation strategy and total rewards program management across multiple markets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability in project and change management, process improvements, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and workflow management
  • Excellent communication and judgment skills
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and regulatory environments
  • Commitment to fostering a respectful, ethical workplace aligned with company values
  • Ability to manage compliance with local, federal, and international compensation regulations
