About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through execution across markets and global teams
- Identify obstacles and keep commitments and timelines on track
- Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, and benefit tracking with Finance and business teams
- Create executive progress updates, presentations, and storylines for senior leadership
- Establish communication cadences, escalation paths, accountability, and execution
- Build relationships across functions, markets, and organizational levels
- Leverage AI, automation, and global solutions to improve productivity
- Facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, and accelerate transformation
- Partner with local and global teams, initially focusing on LATAM markets and the U.S. business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related area, or 3 years' experience in business, finance, information technology, or related area
- Strong experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy, program management, financial transformation, PMO, or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across stakeholders, markets, and workstreams
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, PowerPoint, and presentation-development skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into practical actions
- Strong program-management, organizational, ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through skills
- Ability to influence and align multidisciplinary teams without direct authority
- Strong judgment in fast-moving, changing environments
- Global and cross-market experience strongly preferred
- Professional Spanish strongly preferred
- Some international travel required
- Experience working in LATAM markets is a plus
