Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 4 years' experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area; OR 6 years' experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area
  • 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Expertise in category management and complex category strategies
  • Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership, forecasting, and budget development
  • Experience leading supplier negotiations and managing supplier relationships
  • Team management capabilities, including coaching, performance evaluation, and talent development
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior and market trends
  • Proficiency with data analytics and digital tools
  • Preferred: Microsoft Office, negotiating with third-party suppliers, supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business or Merchandising
