Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area, OR master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area, OR 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales
  • 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales
  • 5 years’ experience managing client accounts
  • 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic advertising sales plans meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and revenue generation
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
  • Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to solve complex sales challenges
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage conflicts professionally
  • Adaptability and resilience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Must uphold company policies, ethics, and integrity
  • Must work in a drug-free workplace and comply with the company’s no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
