About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth across a strategic enterprise advertiser portfolio through annual and incremental growth plans
- Build executive-level client relationships and shape joint business strategies
- Translate complex business goals into data-driven, full-funnel retail media recommendations
- Present insights and opportunities to influence client decisions and internal priorities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area, or master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area, or 5 years’ experience in specified advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales
- 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales
- 5 years’ experience managing client accounts
- 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients
- Experience in retail media, ecommerce, or omnichannel advertising environments
- Strong understanding of advertising technology, measurement frameworks, and attribution models
- Experience leading joint business planning with large enterprise advertisers
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex negotiations
- Experience driving strategic initiatives across matrixed organizations
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including C-suite engagements
- Expertise in consultative sales strategies and complex advertiser solutions
